“Hayden, you have been a great team nutritionist! It's been a blessing to have a cool, non-parent teaching our kids important info. I have seen [our child] make better choices at restaurants as well as at home (not that she's given up any candy consumption 😉). She has also been able to tell me which fast food restaurants have better choices and has suggested those restaurants as a dinner choice when we weren't able to eat at home. She loved the cooking demo and, even though she already liked to cook some, it has increased her desire and willingness (and probably her confidence) to try cooking other things.”
